it’s been almost 10 years since I have seen Kool Keith (since we recorded the song Keith n Me on my album Princess Superstar Is) I was also featured on his “Return to Dr. Octogan” record but I recorded that without him being there. I actually love that song, it’s called “Talk and Eat”. I tried to post it but it said the file was too big. oh well.
So it was nice to see him and he was in fine form at the Blender Theatre in NYC last week.
There is no other like Keith. Basically he has no filter in his brain and just says whatever he wants. He helped influence me bigtime as an MC.
